Emma has been running Sound Baths for the past 7 years, both on the Isle of Lewis and here in Moray.

Running regular group classes where everyone is welcome. There is also Ceremonial Peruvian Cacao available on her website that she sources from an all indigenous owned cooperative within the Ashaninka Tribe in the Amazon. Cacao is a great way to support both mind and body.
