Wild Mums

Wild Mums is an ongoing wellbeing project created in collaboration with Mum's Day, Elgin.

Every fortnight we meet at the Hopeman Beach, where mums across Moray have the opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and take some well-deserved time for themselves.

Every fortnight, we meet at the beautiful Hopeman Beach, where Yaz leads an energising beach workout inspired by the natural landscape.

The session is followed by a relaxing sauna and sea swim with Fhyrhus Sauna, before we gather for a belter and a brew on the beach.

Some sessions are a little different, with Yaz cooking a delicious Sunday brunch over the fire before everyone enjoys the sauna together.

Wild Mums is about more than movement and cold water, it's about creating space to connect, recharge, build confidence, and find community with other mums in a supportive, welcoming environment.

A huge thank you to Fhyrhus Sauna for making this project possible through their generous discounted sauna sessions.

We ask for a suggested donation of £10 per session, where possible. Every contribution goes directly towards covering the sauna costs and helping us keep Wild Mums accessible and sustainable.
