✦  Cold water immersion: If you're feeling brave, a dip in the water is an invigorating start to the day or if you want to know more about cold water therapy then the workshop will delve into the science behind cold water and it's healing benefits.

✦  Live talks and film:  A highlight of the event for me is the live talks, story sharing and short films that take place in the evening before dinner. This is a chance for participants and hosts to share their story. There is no pressure to do this, you can simply just listen but it is amazing how much these sharing sessions bond the group and create a beautiful community over the weekend where no one is judged and everyone is heard.
