Hill Days
Wilderness Wellbeing Community Hills days
Launching in 2026, my Hill Day Adventures creates welcoming, confidence-building experiences in Scotland’s landscapes.
Through guided days in the hills, I aim to bring community together, reduce barriers to outdoor access, and support people to feel capable, included, and at home in the outdoors.
A guided hill day in Scotland designed to build confidence, connection, and belonging in the outdoors. Each day blends purposeful movement in the hills with shared food and time to slow down together.
What’s included:
- A full guided hill day tailored to your group
- Small groups (maximum 6 people) for a supportive, inclusive feel
- A generous lunch feast, shared on the hill or in a sheltered bothy
- Thoughtful pacing, route choice, and space for learning and confidence-building
£350 per day | up to 6 people
You can:
- Book as a group , or
- Book as an individual and join a mixed group The £350 fee is shared between participants .
- With a full group of 6, the cost is £58.33 per person
- If fewer than 6 people are booked, the per-person cost increases so that the total day rate remains £350
This allows the experience to stay small, supportive, and high-quality, regardless of group size.

Meeting so many strong women was a definite highlight for me
Time stood still for me this weekend. I was a bit apprehensive coming to a retreat on my own but I did not need to worry as Yaz and her team gave us such a warm welcome. (more…)
Meeting so many strong women was a definite highlight for meDeep work for body and mind
Yaz’s outdoor fitness sessions are way better than a gym, great fun and easily replicable on your own turf. The yoga was like no other yoga class I’ve attended, this was deep work for body and mind. And the professional massage and fermenting workshops were cherries on the cake! To do all this in the spectacular setting of Torridon, with outdoor swimming, hot tubs and live music was a balm for the soul.
Deep work for body and mindBeing part of the Wilderness Fit team has brought so much more to my life than I had expected. Yaz has created an environment in which the facilitators and the participants are not in a hierarchical structure, we are all on the same level and therefore those who contribute to the weekends benefit from the experience just as much. I struggle with my mental wellbeing on and off, as most people do, and these weekends have become my opportunity to reset. (more…)
Hannah, Wilderness Wellbeing facilitator.Just thank you – was honestly such a magical way to begin the year and I hope to always be reminded of my time up in Glenlivet for years to come hope to book into Torridon !!!

The first time I spoke with Yas I knew that not only was she creating something special at her retreat but the benefit that it would give some of our lads from ANDY’S MAN CLUB. I attended the first one with my colleague and both of us were very nervous about what to expect. Within minutes of entering the family home we were made to feel a part of the family straight away and that led to an amazing weekend of self discovery. (more…)
Alex (Andy’s Man Club)Our experience at The Wilderness Wellbeing Retreat in May was mindblowing. From the moment we stepped out of the car – seeing happy smiley faces all around, breathtaking views and such silence….astonishing. Being immersed in nature(I know that sounds weird) and taking part in various workshops designed to connect you with your surroundings was an experience that we will never forget & will talk about for many years to come.
